With many years of experience in the care industry, Shila Odedra-Silvera, is a recognised expert in sales, relationship management, and business development. She is the founder of Care Company Solution (CCS) a consultancy that helps businesses in the care sector optimize their sales engine and achieve their goals.


Prior to founding CCS, Shila held sales positions at several leading care organisations, including Sunrise Senior Living, Oxford Aunts Live-in Care, and The Good Care Group. Latterly, in more senior leadership roles, she played a pivotal part in developing and implementing strategies that drove revenue growth, improved client satisfaction, and enhanced service delivery.


Shila is passionate about helping businesses in the care sector succeed. She is a skilled problem solver and has a proven track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions. She is also a strong advocate for her clients and is committed to providing them with the highest level of service.
